One of my favorite things to do at any time of the year is host parties! Of course, I hold most of them over summer when we can set up in the backyard and have a barbecue. But I am looking for new party ideas year-round to entertain my guests.

Most of the ideas I present for parties involve food—like these tasty zucchini ball appetizers or these delicious Oreo cheesecake bites for dessert.

6 popsicle sticks (or tongue depressors or something similar) Hot glue and hot glue gun Paint (optional) Embellishments of your choice

1. Paint your popsicle sticks (if you want).

2. Use your hot glue gun to glue two of them together. They should rest alongside each other, not on top of each other (check the video or the pictures below to see what I meanaccent pillow case baby home and living, as this is rather difficult to explain with words). 3. Cross two of the popsicle sticks into an X-shape and glue them that way. 4. Repeat the step above with the remaining two popsicle sticks. 5. Glue each of the X’s two the two popsicle sticks you initially glued together. Those two will be the base, while the X’s will form the sides of the napkin holder. 6. Add whatever pretty embellishments you want. That’s all you have to do to make a beautiful napkin holder! The supplies needed for this project are minimal, and the finished results are awesome!

With proposal season upon us—you know, the months between November and February when a whopping 37 percent of engagements happen—we can't help but feel like love is in the air.?

We all know a guy who has to deal with the dreaded holiday-overlap birthday every year. Birthday gifts meld into Christmas gifts. New Year’s parties serve as birthday parties. Friends and family completely spacing on their big day because of all the other big days going on. It’s tough being sandwiched between two prominent holidays, annually shortchanged worse than a toll booth operator. So we’re calling on some of the more famous “Forgotten Men of December” to bring attention to this recurring travesty. Do these guys really NEED more gear and gadgets? No. No, they don’t. But it’s not about the size of their yachts, it’s about the cause. And being in the spotlight, they can bring much-needed attention to this epidemic, helping fellow Capricorns get all the celebration and attention they rightfully deserve.

Sexy wedding dresses were all over the runways at Bridal Fashion Week this season—and we're obsessed.?
